President and General Manager of Town & Country Homes. Sold Real Estate, specializing in Lake Front Estate homes, Ski Chalets and Downtown Buffalo Commercial Real Estate.

1981-1989
Founded Town & Country International, a Residential and Commercial Real Estate firm specializing in International Sales. Represented some of the first U.S. Commerical Real Estate trophy properties, negotiating over $130 Million in Real Estate.

1989-1993
Sales Manager of VIP Realty Group, Sanibel/Captiva. Led the Islands most dynamic sales force in Listing and Selling over $150 Million, increading market share by 20%. Involved in negotiating every major listin and sale with the VIP team.

1993-2009
President/Owner/Broker of Century 21® J.B. Novelli Internationale. Purchased Century 21® Sandcasde on Sanibel Island and expanded it to six offices throughout Southwest Florida, including Naples, Bonita Beach, Bonita Springs, Sanibel/Captiva, Fort Myers and Sanibel Harbor Resort & Spa.

2009-Present
Listed and sold over $40,000,000 worth of foreclosure homes throughout Lee and Collier county. Representing Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae as well as Bank of America, Chase and many other mortgage lenders. Started Novelli International, luxury homes, art and antiques.

Selling luxury and waterfront from Naples Florida to Sanibel and Captiva islands. Sold office and medical buildings throughout the area.
In 1999, J.B. Novelli close the largest recorded sale in Southwest Florida , $20,800,000, and then listed 102 lots. She represents Reliable Homes & Gulf to Bay Construction exclusively. As a leader in title Real Estate Industry for almost 40 years, she specializes in commercial/investment properties and luxury homes throughout Southwest Florida, the State and is an active member of the International Real Estate community.

Currently she represents “Long Island”, a 38 +/- acre island just north of Orlando, for $13,000,000, along with a 10.8 acres island in Captiva known as “Captiva Key”, for $22,000,000.

Among the numerous awards she has received throughout her career, it is notable that she just received an award from the NRCC, naming her the 2006 Florida Business Woman of the Year.
